Terms of service

General Terms
☽ I will not draw characters that are or appear as minors in NSFW or suggestive ways.☽ Art can be uploaded for non-commercial uses with credit, if I do not want a piece uploaded, the commissioner will be informed beforehand.☽ Anything before the final product (WIPS) cannot be uploaded without permission.☽ Please provide either a clean reference or a detailed description of what is being drawn.Process
☽ My art process is Sketch > Coloring > Shading > Rendering☽ WIPS can be requested at any time.☽ Commissions can take up to 2-4 weeks due to many possible factors.☽ The commissioner will be informed of any potential issues which may cause a delay in the completion of their commission.☽ Once a commission is completed, only small changes are allowed to be made. (Small coloring, line mistakes)☽ Any significant changes will have an extra charge. (outfit changes, significant character or background design changes)Payment
☽ If a refund is requested, money will be refunded based on how much of the artwork has been completed compared to other commission prices.Payments will be in USD and in full after an approved, refined sketch.Copyright/Usage
☽ I, the artist, have every right to the produced artwork, not the commissioner. If a drawing will be used for monetary gain, (promotions, book covers, etc.) it will be mentioned beforehand by the commissioner.☽ The commissioner can use the artwork for personal use only unless agreed upon otherwise, such as printing the artwork, claiming the characters in the artwork, but not the artwork itself.☽ If terms created between the commissioner and artist are infringed upon, rights to the artwork can be retracted. Base terms include:
Removing watermarks/signatures
Taking credit for creation of the artwork
Altering the artwork without consent (Does not include small filters)
Using the artwork commercially without discussion beforehand_{Commercial artworks will be 300% of the original price.
Commercial rights include:
Merch, book covers, prints for sale, alterations, personal/brand promotion.
Credit is still required.Any statement can be bound to change if discussed prior to the commission.}
